Notes: We tested the overrepresentation of rare variants between the CHB (90 individuals) and YRI populations (120 individuals). For each region, the total number of variants was given, followed by the number of variants that have larger frequencies in the CHB population (the first number in the parenthesis) and the number of variants that have larger frequencies in the YRI population (the second number in the parenthesis). See notes for table 1 for abbreviation detail.
