This spreadsheet describes the complete set of ab initio gene predictions for the Ensete ventricosum draft genome assembly. Gene predictions were generated using FGENESH and the amino acid sequences were analysed using Pfam and BLASTP against the Musa acuminata proteome. This file accompanies a manuscript submitted to the journal Agronomy by Harrison and colleagues.
