This dataset contains anonymised respondent-level survey data supporting the article “The Implementation Gap: Circular Economy in Lagos Mixed-Use Housing.” The study involved 274 respondents from four communities in Lagos State, Nigeria. The public analysis dataset contains anonymous respondent identifiers and responses to 65 Likert-scale items covering perceived limitations to circular housing implementation (B1–B25), stakeholder perceptions and inclusion conditions (C1–C21), and perceived circular-economy effects (D1–D19). Respondent-level demographic variables have been excluded to protect participant confidentiality. A detailed codebook and aggregate demographic summary are provided to support interpretation and reproducibility.
