Superseded hand-built version 1.0 of the synthetic demonstration dataset, archived for transparency as a teaching artefact. Do not use; the current dataset (v2.4), generation and validation code, and manuscript are at A Proposed Community Pharma…. All data are synthetic; no real participants were enrolled and no real screening data are included. This file was constructed by hand before the seeded generation script existed and contains internal inconsistencies that the current version corrects; it is retained only so that the manuscript's account of dataset versions can be verified.
