This poster and supplementary materials present the first study from Africa exploring the feasibility of artificial intelligence (AI) in surgical care during active conflict. Using a mixed-methods approach, we assessed AI awareness, barriers, and readiness among Sudanese surgeons amid war-induced infrastructure collapse. Quantitative data from 185 surgeons and qualitative interviews with 20 experts highlight both systemic challenges and the perceived value of AI tools in low-resource, high-risk environments. Supplementary files include detailed reference lists, survey tools, and thematic coding frameworks to support transparency and reproducibility. This work aims to guide ethical AI integration in fragile healthcare systems globally.
