This is Session 16 of Asnakech’s house construction (described in Asnakech_House_Constn_01). The circular shape of the wall is now almost complete. People talk to each other in different groups and from distance. Asnakech joins their conversation as she is walking between the work place and another hut close by. The people working ask the researcher, Azeb, to give them money. She teases them first about the appropriateness of their request and then offers to buy them drinks and give some to the host family at which point Ms Asnakech expresses thanks.
