This repository contains the anonymised dataset and supporting documentation for the study "Association between Assistive Technology Satisfaction and Mobility Outcomes among Adults with Lower Limb Amputation in Ghana." The study employed a multicentre analytical cross-sectional design to investigate the relationship between satisfaction with assistive technology and mobility outcomes among adults with lower limb amputation receiving rehabilitation services in Ghana. Data were collected from 161 participants attending rehabilitation centres and hospitals across the Eastern, Central, and Greater Accra regions. The dataset includes participant demographic characteristics, amputation-related variables, primary mobility devices, and outcome measures derived from two validated instruments: Prosthetic Limb Users Survey of Mobility (PLUS-M™ 12-item Short Form) – mobility outcomes. Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology (QUEST 2.0) – satisfaction with assistive technology devices and related services. All data have been fully anonymised prior to publication. No personally identifiable information is included. Supporting documentation includes a data dictionary describing all variables and coding used within the dataset. This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, secondary analysis, and future research in rehabilitation, assistive technology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and prosthetics and orthotics.
