This repository contains the public-data reconstruction and reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript, “Asymmetric Monetary Transmission and the Debt–Inflation Nexus in Ghana: A Dual-Frequency Investigation.” The study examines how monetary policy changes transmit to Ghana Stock Exchange returns and how public debt servicing and short-term debt relate to inflation. It combines a monthly monetary-financial dataset covering January 2007 to December 2024 with an annual fiscal-macroeconomic dataset covering 1980 to 2020.The package includes the submitted manuscript, raw public-source files, reconstructed monthly and annual datasets, variable definitions, transformation rules, source metadata, reported tables, embedded figures, model equations, analytical outputs, validation reports, and complete Python scripts. The scripts cover data extraction and preparation, descriptive statistics, unit-root and structural-break testing, Granger and Toda–Yamamoto causality, vector autoregression, impulse-response analysis, forecast-error variance decomposition, Morlet wavelet coherence, Bayesian quantile regression, ARDL–ECM estimation, and reproducibility validation. A pipeline runner is supplied to execute the procedures in sequence, while SHA-256 checksums permit file-integrity verification. This deposit is a transparent public-data reconstruction rather than the lost original author dataset. The manuscript’s nine tables and ten embedded figures are preserved exactly, but the publicly recoverable data do not support exact numerical replication of every reported result. Only partial Ghana Stock Exchange coverage was recoverable from the current public interface, the exact monthly exchange-rate series was unavailable, and publicly accessible external-debt indicators are not equivalent to the manuscript’s public-debt-service and short-term-public-debt variables. Proxy-based annual sensitivity estimates also differ from the reported debt findings. These limitations are documented in the replication-status report and reproducibility audit. Users should therefore cite and describe this package as a public-data reconstruction and audit, not as the original estimation dataset or an exact replication of the manuscript. It is intended to support editorial scrutiny, transparent reuse, methodological evaluation, and future reconstruction when complete historical source files become available
