This Roadmap is the product of the African Union High-Level Panel on Emerging Technologies (APET). It is part of a larger effort by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) to promote knowledge and learning, share ideas and experiences, provide open access to its research, and contribute to development policy and programme interventions.
