This dataset supports the study “A Machine-Learning-Based Predictive Model for Estimating e-Procurement Implementation Intensity in Construction Organizations.” The study investigates the extent of e-procurement implementation among construction organizations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and develops a numerical e-Procurement Implementation Index (EPII) for measuring implementation intensity.Data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to engineering and procurement professionals. A total of 605 questionnaires were distributed, of which 560 valid responses were retained for analysis. The dataset contains 19 indicators used to assess e-procurement implementation and 16 technological, organizational and environmental determinants guided by the Technology-Organisation-Environment framework.
