This scoping review aims to map and synthesise existing evidence on the barriers to accessing mental health services in Ghana. Using the PCC framework, the review will explore individual, cultural, economic, geographic, and systemic factors that limit service utilisation within the Ghanaian healthcare context. Findings will provide an overview of the extent, range, and nature of these barriers to inform policy, practice, and future research.
