Brain health is an overlooked aspect of public health in Nigeria, where many individuals seek medical attention only after severe neurological symptoms appear. Stroke, dementia, epilepsy, and brain tumors are rising, yet awareness and access to care remain critically low, particularly in rural areas. This paper highlights the urgent need for early detection, preventive care, and equitable access to brain health services. It introduces a proposed model that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) tools with personalized brain health care to expand access, improve early detection, and promote overall well-being in underserved communities.
