The Excel file presents results from an interactive Qualtrics survey conducted in countries participating in the Policy Innovation Labs (PILs) under Task 4.3 of the CARINA project (Serbia, Bulgaria, Germany, Morocco, Tunisia, Italy, Poland, France, and Spain). The survey engaged a range of stakeholder groups and examined perceptions of carinata and camelina cultivation, awareness of their market uses, perceived barriers to implementation, expectations for future adoption, and measures needed to support market development and uptake. It also addressed the need for policy intervention and the factors underpinning targeted support.  Respondents ranked barriers and policy needs from most to least relevant using a 10-0 Likert scale.  More specifically, the Excel file includes:  rankings of perceived barriers across all countries;  rankings and trend graphs for countries with less consolidated carinata and camelina value chains (Serbia, Bulgaria, Morocco, Tunisia);  rankings and trend graphs for countries with more consolidated value chains (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain);  rankings of policy needs for countries overall and divided by value chain maturity, with corresponding graphs.
