CassavaMapAfrica provides the most comprehensive prediction of the current and future suitable habitats for cassava in Africa. CassavaMapAfrica version 1.0 constitutes five raster files for the current (cassava_pred_bios_Af.tif) and two social-economic pathways (cassavaBC12660_Af.tif), (cassavaBC12680_Af.tif), cassavaBC58560_Af.tif) and (cassavaBC58560_Af.tif) for two years and an example R code for classification ( Classification_code_cassavaMaps.R and SDM_modelling_v1.R)
