Charting the African Exodus: A Unified Genomic Framework for Global Human Origins

The narrative of human origins, marked by the iconic "Out-of-Africa" exodus, has been profoundly reshaped and refined by advancements in genomic science. This paper proposes a unified genomic framework designed to comprehensively chart the global dispersal of anatomically modern humans from Africa. Integrating diverse genomic datasets, including modern human populations, ancient DNA, and pathogen co-evolutionary patterns, this framework offers unprecedented resolution into ancient migration routes, timing, admixture events with archaic hominins, and the demographic histories shaping contemporary human diversity. We outline a methodological approach combining advanced population genetics techniques with machine learning to synthesize heterogeneous data. This paper demonstrates how such a unified framework can corroborate existing archaeological and paleoanthropological evidence while revealing novel insights into complex population interactions, founder effects, and adaptive pressures during humanity's global journey. The conceptualization and implementation of this framework promise to significantly advance our understanding of the deep human past, offering a richer, more detailed tapestry of our shared origins and dispersal across the planet.
