change in weather such as flood, droughts, rainfall, extreme weather events affects agriculture and farming and making it harder for the availability of food and proper nutrition to the vulnerable populations in the Sub Saharan Africa. This study will review and summarize the existing research to understand how climate change affects food security. It will also look at the strategies that have been implemented and used to address the challenges. By bringing all the information all together , it will highlight what has already been done, in progress and what more can be done to fill the gaps and challenges.
