The python code stored here represents basic I/O and alert-generating logic for DIAS (the Disturbance Index alert system).  The reference data represents locations and disturbance history for the year 2022 for 10m sample locations in primary forest in Madagascar.  Sample design is described by Yang et al., (in review).
