Code for Soil Amendments Suppress Migratory Pests and Enhance Yields

This is the initial public release for the Senegal Locust Damage analysis repo. With this version, all code, data, and outputs used for the main manuscript are available and locked for reproducibility.

Main features:

• Complete data pipeline for cleaning, analysis, modeling, and figure/table generation.
• All raw and processed field datasets included.
• R scripts and output figures/tables match those used in the published manuscript.
• R environment pinned with renv (R 4.4.1, all package versions included).
