. With this scoping review, we aim to: (1) identify the types of community-based interventions that have been implemented to prevent or manage non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among populations in African countries; (2) assess the reported outcomes and effectiveness of these interventions; (3) explore the key facilitators and barriers influencing their implementation; and (4) highlight gaps in the existing literature, particularly in relation to understudied populations, specific NCDs, and geographic regions. This review will provide a comprehensive overview to inform future research, policy, and program development tailored to the African context
