These are pseudo-anonymised data from the TB TRIAGE+ trial, a prospective, community-based, diagnostic, pragmatic trial applying a paired screen-positive design comparing two population-based tuberculosis screening approaches. Between September 2022 and September 2024, eligible and consenting participants were enrolled from communities in Lesotho and South Africa. The protocol was published, DOI: 10.1136/bmjopen-2024-093989. There is one dataset, containing baseline and outcome data for the 20,023 participants included in the analyses (one row per participant); the data dictionary explains the data available. This project is part of the EDCTP2 programme (grant number RIA2018D-2498; TB TRIAGE+) supported by the European Union.
