This dataset is part of the publication titled "Integrative Mapping of Pre-existing Immune Landscapes for Vaccine Response Prediction" and provides a comprehensive immune profiling of 244 children from The Gambia who received a trivalent live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV, Nasovac-S) during the 2016–2017 and 2017–2018 influenza seasons. It integrates multi-dimensional immune parameters across baseline and post-vaccination timepoints (day 0, day 2, day 7, and day 21) to assess individual immunogenicity profiles. The dataset encompasses: Humoral Immune Responses: Including HAI assays, IVPM neutralizing antibody titers, ADCC activity, and ELISA-based IgA and IgG levels against vaccine-matched and cross-reactive influenza strains. Cellular Immune Responses: T-cell cytokine production measured via intracellular staining following HA, NA, NP, and M protein stimulation. Viral Shedding and Microbiome Analysis: Viral load measurements through RT-PCR and microbiome analysis, focusing on Streptococcus pneumoniae density in the nasopharynx. Immunophenotyping: Flow cytometry data covering innate and adaptive immune cell subsets, including Tfh and dendritic cell populations. Transcriptomics: RNA-seq data for transcriptomic profiling in nasal and blood samples, with gene set enrichment analysis. Demographic and Clinical Data: Age, sex, health status, and other factors collected to explore potential correlations with vaccine responses. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for exploring vaccine-induced immune responses and developing predictive immunogenicity models.
