Consumer Testing, QDA and Instrumental texture analysis data for pounded yam, at CNRA, Côte d'Ivoire

This file contains Descriptive Sensory Data, consumer testing data and instrumental textural (KDGE) data of pounded yam that was collected using panel trained following a standardized methodology.
