Cost-effectiveness of a WHO-prequalified triplex antenatal rapid diagnostic test in Uganda — model and reproducibility materials

This repository contains the final decision-analytic model and reproducibility materials accompanying the manuscript “Cost-effectiveness of a WHO-prequalified triplex antenatal rapid diagnostic test in Uganda”. The analysis evaluates a WHO-prequalified rapid diagnostic panel for HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis against contemporary Ugandan antenatal screening practice and estimates the maximum commodity price compatible with cost-effectiveness. Materials are provided to permit inspection and reproduction of the reported analyses. The prospective analysis plan was preregistered separately on the Open Science Framework (DOI 10.17605/osf.io). The underlying Uganda Ministry of Health DHIS2 aggregate source used to estimate national hepatitis B screening coverage is governed administrative material and is not redistributed here.
