This study examines cyberbullying in Algeria, with a focus on Law 20-05 as the legal framework to combat this crime. The research aims to analyze the conceptual framework of cyberbullying, providing a comprehensive review of the legislative and technical mechanisms outlined in Law 20-05. It focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of these mechanisms in addressing cyberbullying and protecting individuals in the digital space. Through the analysis of preventive and procedural legislation, the study seeks to offer insight into how these mechanisms can contribute to enhancing cybersecurity and ensuring justice for the victims. This study provides a comprehensive view of the challenges faced in the implementation of Law 20-05 in combating cyberbullying. تستعرض هذه الدراسة جريمة التنمر الإلكتروني في الجزائر، مع التركيز على القانون 20-05 كإطار قانوني لمكافحة هذه الجريمة، تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي لجريمة التنمر الإلكتروني، وتقديم استعراض شامل للآليات التشريعية والتقنية التي نص عليها القانون 20-05، كما تركز الدراسة على تقييم فعالية هذه الآليات في مواجهة التنمر الإلكتروني وحماية الأفراد في الفضاء الرقمي، من خلال تحليل التشريعات والآليات الوقائية والإجرائية، تسعى الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور حول كيف يمكن لهذه الآليات أن تساهم في تعزيز الأمن السيبراني وضمان العدالة للضحايا.         تقدم هذه الدراسة رؤية شاملة للتحديات التي تواجه تطبيق القانون 20-05 في مكافحة التنمر الإلكتروني.
