R pipeline and derived datasets for an event-based analysis of tropical cyclone impacts on vegetation photosynthesis across Southern Africa (2018-2021), using TROPOMI solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence within 200 km storm-track corridors, with NIRvR structural-proxy and apparent-fluorescence-yield decomposition and PML-V2 gross primary production cross-comparison.
Covers 21 storm-country exposure events, of which 12 had usable acute-window retrievals. Includes the robustness analyses: a dual-variant reproduction of the published series, the apparent-fluorescence-yield pairing comparison, and the corridor-radius sensitivity results.
The raw satellite inputs are public and are not redistributed here; they are available from their original providers (TROPOMI TROPOSIF, CHIRPS, IBTrACS, Ecoregions2017, PML-V2). See README.md for the environment-variable configuration and KNOWN_ISSUES.md for the documented limitations
