Daily Maximum and Minimum Air Temperature for Africa

These datasets are daily maximum and minimum temperatures (degree Celsius). It is based on a 2-meter air temperature - daily maximum and a daily minimum of the MERRA-2 Model (M2SDNXSLV v5.12.4). We used the Global Historical Climatology Network Daily (GHCNd) stations to extract corresponding temperature values from MERRA-2 datasets.
