Data and Code for: "LinkedIn(to) Job Opportunities: Experimental Evidence from Job Readiness Training"

This project measures LinkedIn use and employment for a group of 1,638 young workers in major cities in South Africa, between 2016 and 2019. The posted data includes survey data from workers, usage data from LinkedIn, and administrative data on workers' participation in job readiness training.
Response Rates: 60 to 100% across the different data sources
Census of all participants in job readiness training programs included in the experimental study.
