Data and R codes for reproducing the statistical analyses from the article: Ramos et al. 2026. The PhenoChange Network Protocol for Monitoring Leaf Phenology in Tropical Dry Ecosystems Using Phenocameras. Methods in Ecology and Evolution. Daily phenocamera-derived RGB chromatic coordinates (Rcc, Gcc, and Bcc) from the Brazilian and African sites, collected between 2022 and 2024. Data are provided for multiple cameras and regions of interest representing canopy, ground vegetation, and community-level vegetation, together with year, day of year, and sequential day information. Missing observations are indicated as NA.
