This dataset comprises raw data collected during a clinical trial assessing the effectiveness of urinary high-risk HPV DNA detection to improve cervical cancer screening in developing countries. The trial aimed to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of a non-invasive urine collection method paired with a novel multiplex qPCR test developed by a local Indonesian company.The dataset is provided in CSV format.
