Dataset 3: 101 genome-wide distributed SNP loci genotyped in 1245 Plasmodium falciparum samples collected in Kilifi, Kenya, between 1994 and 2018.

Genotypes at these loci were concatenated to form a genetic barcode. SNPs within the barcode are represented by the observed nucleotide (A, T, C and G). The letter ‘X’ represents missing genotypes, while the letter ‘N’ represents heterozygous calls.
