These datasets consist of responses from two surveys that were administered to understand the perspective of female Geoscience students by faculty staff in Africa. The first data includes responses from academic professionals working in Universities and other geoscientists working in research institutes, geological surveys, geoscience organizations and in consultancy. While the second data consists of responses from current and students graduated from geoscience programs in Africa who are currently living in Africa and in the diaspora. Both surveys were administered online using google forms and completed anonymously. The project URL is ageedaf.com
