This dataset contains the deidentified quantitative data underlying the findings of the study “Patients’ experiences and satisfaction with anesthesia care in a regional rferral hospital in Cameroon: a mixed-methods cross-sectional study.” The study assessed surgical patients’ perceptions, experiences and satisfaction with anesthesia care at Buea Regional Hospital, Cameroon. The dataset includes socio-demographic variables, surgery and anesthesia characteristics, satisfaction-related responses, and derived satisfaction variables used for analysis. Direct identifiers have been removed, and variables that could increase re-identification risk have been recoded or grouped. Raw qualitative interview transcripts are not included because they contain potentially identifiable participant narratives.
