DELSUH Herbarium Specimen Catalogue and Analysis Code

Cleaned and standardised specimen catalogue and analysis code supporting the study “Taxonomic Composition, Collection Structure and Documented Gaps of the Delta State University Herbarium (DELSUH): A Quantitative Baseline for Biodiversity Documentation in the Niger Delta, Southern Nigeria.” The dataset comprises 416 audited DELSUH records, including botanical names, standardised family and order assignments, genus, higher-clade classification, and accession numbers. The repository also contains Python scripts used for the reported quantitative analyses and figure generation, together with a data dictionary, reproducibility documentation, figures, and licence information.
