Our findings reveal that young, unemployed, and Muslim women in Cameroon face disproportionate barriers to cervical cancer screening. Effective interventions should target these specific populations through improved patient education, proactive provider recommendations, and community-based sensitization programs that address cultural and structural obstacles.
