Differentiated Service Delivery Models for Hypertension Care in Community Settings in Africa: A Scoping Review Protocol

The objective of this scoping review is to systematically identify, describe, and categorize differentiated service delivery (DSD) models for hypertension care implemented in community settings across LMICs in Africa. By mapping and classifying existing community-based hypertension service models through a DSD lens, we aim to provide a foundation for researchers, policymakers, and implementers to design, adapt, and scale integrated chronic care programs, particularly those serving not only PLHIV but also the broader population.
