Reproduction steps (R)

1. Install packages: survey, sandwich, mice, margins, ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr, readr, lubridate, labelled, broom.
2. Update DATA_DIR in code/00_config.R.
3. Run scripts 00→06 in code/.
4. Outputs: outputs/figures/ and outputs/tables/.
