International audience This paper aims to analyze the requirements to implement successfully the digital transformation process. Principals Components Analysis is applied to identify these requirements in African social care services. Results indicate that in projects where World Bank makes investments both in technology infrastructure and employee training, social care services implement the digital transformation process.
