The dataset contains raster and vector spatial outputs generated through the CostingNature tool and additional spatial analyses for the Upper White Nile Basin (UWN), covering parts of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi. Outputs include ecosystem service assessments, conservation and development priorities, and WEFE (Water-Energy-Food-Environment) nexus conflict zones. Data were generated as part of two peer-reviewed publications using multi-method approaches integrating stakeholder perspectives and biophysical mapping. Files include GeoTIFF rasters, shapefiles of protected areas and basin boundaries, and Python scripts for analysis. All data were clipped to the UWN boundary. Co$tingNature data are used under a CC BY-NC license. For full methodological context, see Schlemm et al. (2024, 2025).
