Education technology (EdTech) has expanded rapidly worldwide, yet its adoption in low‑infrastructure environments remains constrained by limited connectivity, device scarcity, and inconsistent institutional capacity. This paper examines scalable models for deploying EdTech solutions in resource‑constrained regions across Africa, South Asia, Latin America, and emerging rural markets globally. Drawing on comparative case studies, the analysis identifies three core determinants of successful scaling: lightweight technological architectures, locally adaptable content ecosystems, and hybrid delivery models that blend offline functionality with community‑based facilitation. The study evaluates how governments, NGOs, and private providers can reduce deployment friction through modular design, interoperable data standards, and cost‑efficient distribution strategies. Findings suggest that sustainable EdTech scaling requires aligning product design with infrastructural realities, embedding human‑centered support structures, and leveraging low‑cost innovations such as offline-first learning platforms, micro‑servers, and shared‑device access models. The paper concludes with a framework for policymakers and implementers to accelerate equitable digital learning adoption in environments where traditional infrastructure pathways remain slow or uncertain.
