Educational model and employability

This work examines the relationship between the pedagogical model and employability based on the Manager Behaviour course for management students at the Institut National des Sciences Comptables et de l'Administration d'Entreprises (INSCAE) in Madagascar. The initiation of this course, which has been offered for more than ten years now, is in response to the request of employers concerned about the behaviour of young graduates. The administration of the course uses experiential learning to develop problem-solving, decision-making and crisis management skills. The results confirm the relevance of the approach and lead to new prospects for improving employability. "
