Anadolu Differentiated Instruction (DI) fine-tunes to the variety of learning styles and demands of students. To hold each student's learning inclinations, interests, and level of readiness, necessitates offering a variety of alternatives for the environment, method, product, and material. The present study intended to explore the effects of Differentiated Instruction (DI) on English language achievement, motivation, and self-efficacy in a public school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The study also aimed to examine the perceptions of a teacher and students concerning the application of Differentiated Instruction in English classes. The study focused on how different educational experiences influenced students' involvement, motivation, and success. One instructor and one hundred English language learners in the eighth grade from a public school participated. The quantitative data was conjured by pretest-posttest results and student motivation questionnaires. The qualitative data was based on teacher and student interviews. The research design was based on the concurrent triangulation model. The findings of differentiated instruction in English language learning have shown that it significantly enhances comprehensive language skills and enhances learning outcomes.
