Employment & Labour Relations Court Kenya

This data is scrapped from the Kenya law website (kenyalaw.org) which reports on the development of Kenya’s jurisprudence via Kenya Law Reports. The training dataset contained 3,087 entries with details of cases from the ELRC. We use this dataset in out study to assessed both the set of binary variables (case class, case outcome), as well as the multi-label variables (case action, nature of case, county) of this dataset.
