This dataset contains species distribution model (SDM) outputs (ensemble habitat suitability predictions) for the fungal wilt pathogen Leptographium calophylli and its endemic host tree Calophyllum paniculatum in Madagascar, generated under three climate/land-cover change scenarios (SSP1-2.6, SSP3-7.0, SSP5-8.5) and four time periods (1981-2010 baseline "current", 2011-2040, 2041-2070, 2071-2100). Maps are available at 1 x 1 km spatial resolution. These outputs were generated using the ensemble SDM code published in Underwood et al. (2026), Landscape Ecology, doi.org, with full analysis code available at github.com. This archive was created to preserve and make citable the specific output files for future follow-up studies.
