Survey datasets for the analysis in "Environmental externalities and free-riding in the household". We include both individual level data (for husband-wife couples) and the processed data at the household level. The original survey, formatted for data collection with surveyCTO, is also included for reference. Household billing data is covered by a data use agreement between the researchers and SWSC (the water company in Zambia). Contact the authors for additional detail on access to the water billing dataset.
