This registration documents a comprehensive multidimensional health assessment undertaken as part of the University of Ghana Older Adults Reference Group (UGORG) Measurement, Observation and Testing (MOT) programme in Accra, Ghana. The dataset was collected on the 31 March and 1 April 2026 at the University of Ghana. This pre-registration describes the shared dataset and the linked analysis plans that will use it, including analyses focused on sarcopenia, physical function, falls risk and falls concern, pain and mobility, loneliness, physical activity, health-related quality of life, exercise self-efficacy, and smoking history. This is a retrospective or pre-analysis registration for a completed baseline dataset.
