The trend of health workers to shift from rural to urban areas is very common nowadays compared to previous years. Apart from other reasons such as serious illness, to look after someone who is ill or to join one’s spouse which make them to shift, workload is one of the reasons for shifting from rural to urban areas [1,2,3]. Health workers in rural areas are performing duties that are beyond to their careers [4].
Health workers in rural areas are facing several challenges to fulfill their duties such as poor working environment, limited opportunities for career advancement, negative attitude among community members toward healthcare workers and political issues [1,2,3,4].
