This study will document and explicate the experiences of women interacting with primary health care during a pandemic to draw evidence and learn lessons for future health planning. More specifically, this is a qualitative study that seeks to advance understanding of women’s decision-making with respect to seeking out or delaying visits to healthcare centres during the COVID-19 pandemic. In advancing understanding of this population’s health-seeking decisions, this study will generate recommendations for the inclusion of beneficiary perspectives in policymaking.
