This FAIRsharing record describes: The Revista Portuguesa de Investigação Educacional is a journal published at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The journal is dedicated to the study, practice and research in the field of Education Sciences or Social and Human Sciences with relevance to the field of Education. Aware of the importance of the knowledge dissemination and the promotion of scientific communication, RPIE decided to adopt the status of Open Access scientific journal. With this initiative, RPIE aims to increase the visibility and impact of researchers by making their publications accessible and promoting scientific efficiency and progress. RPIE is a journal edited in Portugal which welcomes the publication of the research done domestically, but it is open to the whole world, publishing articles from other countries and continents, especially Brazil (America), Angola and Mozambique (Africa) and Macao (Asia), as well as other countries. The articles are original and written in four languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. The source of this description is the metadata record on FAIRsharing.org, an educational and informative resource that describes and links databases, standards, and data policies. FAIRsharing also creates collections of these resources and recommendations of databases and standards based on 3rd party data policies.
