In my PhD study, I needed a complete catalog of traffic to various Healthcare Facilities (HCF) in Ghana. Meanwhile, Ghana's NHIS maintains an up to date list of claims payment made to all the various HCFs in Ghana. From this payments, traffic to various hospitals can be tracked. However, the page was incredibly dynamically generated with a lot of javascript DOM elements. This made the scraping task require a careful design of algorithm to be able to scrape the site completely. In this repository, you will find the various code versions that was used to achieve a complete scrape of the NHIS claims payment site.
