Cover page and 13 pages of handwritten field notes listing each plant name that was recorded, with comments from the 'plant name committee' regarding the meaning and origin of the name or any alternate names. The numbers in the margin refer to the number of the photograph taken of the plant. The 'plant name committee' consisted of a group of herbalists and elders, with many other locals coming and going as they had time. It generated a group discussion regarding each of the plant names. Notations: 'I' means the name is considered to be an Ikpana word; 'Ewe' means it is considered an Ewe word; Tota and Alakpeti are Logba towns with different dialectal variation.
